The tools of mindfulness can help us to cultivate an awareness of our thoughts, feelings and physical sensations – and how they influence each other – and thereby lead lives of greater calm and happiness.
My teaching is a fusion of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT). Research shows that these two schools of mindfulness can help with a wide range of issues many of us face during the course of our lives. These include stress reduction, increased focus and concentration, improved health and wellbeing, reduced anxiety, greater satisfaction at work and in relationships. And the list goes on.
Typical courses are eight-weeks long, and can be held online or in-person. I also offer one-to-one sessions, which can be tailored to suit any specific needs or wishes.
