Multiple Sessions
It is often worth signing up for more sessions right from the start. Quite simply because it gives us more time to get more done and to approach it in a structured way. Considering that many issues brought to the table are the result of the beliefs we have subconsciously carted around with us since early childhood, it can take a little while to rewire them.
